Wei-Yin Chen hoping to rejoin the Marlins at the end of the month

Miami Marlins starting pitcher Wei-Yin Chen is hoping to rejoin the team sometime at the end of April.
Fantasy Impact:
Chen has a partially torn UCL in his throwing elbow, but has chosen rehab over surgery. He was placed on the disabled list to start this season and barely pitched at all last season. He's unlikely to develop much fantasy value even if he is able to stay on the field this season.
