A.J. Puk has successful Tommy John surgery

A.J. Puk underwent a successful surgery to repair his ulnar collateral ligament in his left arm. He will miss the remainder of the 2018 season. (Oakland Athletics)
Fantasy Impact:
It was a quick end to the 2018 season for the A's top pitching prospect, but he'll begin his rehab immediately following the surgery. Tommy John surgeries are far from career-enders like they once were so expect eyes to be on Puk again next season.
