Robinson Cano continues to be an on-base machine

by Dan Harris | Sat, Apr 14th 9:11am EDT

Robinson Cano went 1-for-1 with three walks and two runs scored on Friday night against the A's. He now has a .578 on-base percentage.

Fantasy Impact:

Like a fine wine, Cano appears to be getting better with age. He is still homerless and has just four RBI, but is on pace to score 177 runs and be the first player since Ted Williams to bat .400. That's obviously not going to happen, but it illustrates just how ridiculous Cano's start has been. Expect things to even out as the season goes along, but there's little to suggest that Cano will deliver anything other than a quality fantasy season.
