Fantasy Impact:
Kahnle has really struggled this year and the reason could be the shoulder. The veteran reliever has been excellent the last couple of seasons with the White Sox and Yankees and is a good guy to have in holds leagues. Keep an eye on updates to see how serious the shoulder injury is.
