Anthony Rendon (toe) is not in the lineup for the Washington Nationals for the sixth consecutive day after fouling a ball off his toe in an April 13th matchup with the Colorado Rockies. (Washington Nationals on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Nationals would surely love to have Rendon in the lineup tonight, as they are sending ace Max Scherzer to the hill to take on Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers. It is a bit odd that Rendon has now been out for a full week without being placed on the 10-day disabled list, but that indicates that the Nationals feel Rendon should be ready to return any day now and will not need to miss an extended period of time.
