Masahiro Tanaka held the Twins to one earned run over 6 2/3 innings Monday. He allowed three hits and two walks while striking out five batters in the victory.
Fantasy Impact:
Tanaka was coming off two brutal starts, so Monday's effort was encouraging for owners. He now has three quality starts in his five appearances this season. While he's shown he's prone to a blow up every now and then, he also carries solid upside for fantasy purposes.
