Jose Berrios has rough outing against Yankees
by Carmen Maiorano | Blue Jays Correspondent | Tue, Apr 24th 10:46pm EDT
Jose Berrios could only make it through four innings against the Yankees on Tuesday, giving up five runs on six hits and two walks. He did manage to strike out seven, but he gave up homers to Gary Sanchez and Didi Gregorious (who hasn't lately?) that did him in. His record dropped to 2-2 as the Twins lost, 8-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Even with the poor start, Berrios still has an ERA of 2.84 and minuscule 0.54 WHIP. The youngster also has 36 Ks in 31 and 2/3 innings and only three walks. He gets the measly Reds at home next. Start him with confidence.
