Jed Lowrie finished 2-for-4 with an RBI and a walk in Oakland's 3-2 win over Texas.
Fantasy Impact:
Lowrie smashed a double into deep left in the top of the seventh inning, plating Marcus Semien to give the A's a 2-1 lead. Piling up counting stats as well as having impactful at-bats such as this contest's RBI double is how Lowrie has blossomed into a legitimate bat in the A's lineup as he's now slashing an awesome .363/.420/.618 with six home runs and 24 RBI, leading MLB in batting average and hits (37) while being tied for second in doubles (8) and second in RBI. Keep rolling him out until he cools off; whenever that may be.
