by Mike Maher | Thu, Apr 26th 7:31am EDT

Andrew Miller left Wednesday's game against the Chicago Cubs with hamstring tightness and will get a precautionary MRI, according to MLB.com's Jordan Bastian. Miller threw two pitches in the seventh inning before motioning for the team trainers and exiting the game. (Jordan Bastian on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

The concerning parts here are that Miller left in the middle of an inning after experiencing the tightness, motioned for the team trainers to come out, and that he is headed for an MRI. For their parts, both the team and Miller do not appear to be concerned. According to Bastian, Miller indicated that he experienced a similar issue a few years ago that only required a few days of rest. Look for an update on Miller's status Thursday.
