Miguel Cabrera left Thursday's game against the Royals after singling in the sixth inning. He looked to have hurt his left arm after a swing-and-miss in that at-bat. (Jason Beck on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Another game, another instance of Cabrera leaving early. It's unclear whether this injury is related to Cabrera's biceps spasms that caused him to miss several games, but obviously, this isn't a great sign for Cabrera's immediate prospects.
