Mike Mayers allowed one earned run on three hits over his three innings of work Sunday. He struck out one batter to earn his first win of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Mayers has been effective for Triple-A Memphis and has an impressive 1.86 ERA across five trips to the mound for the Cardinals. As of right now he doesn't have much fantasy value as he'll likely be sent back down once Dominic Leone returns from the DL.
