Keynan Middleton leaves Sunday's game with apparent injury

Keynan Middleton was removed from Sunday's game against the Twins in the eighth inning after throwing a pitch to Eddie Rosario with an apparent injury. (Jeff Miller on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Middleton was brought into a tie game in the eighth inning and retired the first two batters before leaving with an apparent injury. Middleton had just returned from an elbow injury so it's obviously possible that it flared up again, but stay posted for word after the game.
