Gerrit Cole gets no-decision in Astros win

Gerrit Cole allowed three runs on five hits in five innings as the Astros beat the Angels 5-3. He also struck out seven.

Fantasy Impact:

Cole made an early mistake to Justin Upton to fall into a 2-0 hole quickly but recovered nicely enough the rest of the way to win. Unfortunately for him, the Houston bats didn't figure out LA's starter Jaime Barria either breaking through only after he was out of the game. All told, Cole remains one of the best starters in baseball and in fantasy this year, rocking a 4-1 record, a super cool 1.75 ERA, an even cooler 0.79 WHIP and 93 strikeouts (to only 14 walks) in 61 2/3 innings. He gets the Giants next.
