Addison Reed pitched the ninth inning of Wednesday’s game, allowing two hits and striking out one. The Twins would lose to the Cardinals, 7-5.
Fantasy Impact:
Reed has pitched fairly well since imploding about a week ago, but Fernando Rodney is still the closer until he blows a few more chances, in combination with Reed consistently shutting the door. Reed is striking out more than a K per inning. He is a good stash if you’re looking for solid ratios or a potential closer replacement.
