Jason Heyward being activated from concussion list Friday

Chicago Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward is being activated from the concussion disabled list Friday, Gordon Wittenmyer of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. He is not in the lineup against the Reds today, however. (Gordon Wittenmyer on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Heyward has been out with a concussion for a little over a week and was eligible to return on Monday. He took part in drills yesterday and cleared the concussion protocol prior to being activated today. Heyward is batting .227 with two home runs 14 RBIs, 16 runs scored, and no stolen bases on the season.
