J.D. Martinez went 2-for-5 on Friday night versus the Orioles. He hit a pair of doubles to extend his hitting streak to six games.
Fantasy Impact:
Martinez left Thursday's game with a stomach illness but showed no ill signs of it on Friday as he slapped a pair of doubles. The slugger has become a top ten fantasy play with his recent hot streak, and may just end up there for the rest of the season. He's been fitting in great in his new home.
