Greg Bird could return this week

Greg Bird has been rehabbing in the minor leagues and is apparently close to returning to the big league club. Though he has been struggling thus far, the Yankees just moved him up to Triple-A for what is expected to be just a few games. (Erik Boland of Newsday)
Fantasy Impact:
When Bird returns, he will almost certainly platoon with Tyler Austin, who has been crushing left-handed pitching this season. Bird comes with re-injury risk, but has the kind of upside to warrant a pickup if he is still available in your league.
