Mac Williamson is expected to be the Giants' everyday left fielder moving forward, based on comments made by manager Bruce Bochy. (Andrew Baggarly on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Williamson has certainly earned the role given his start in Triple-A and what he's shown in the majors, but his position is aided by the lack of competent options in San Francisco. Despite the 0-for-4 with three strikeouts he turned in on Friday and imposing home park, Williamson is an intriguing player to monitor moving forward given his improved production and pedigree.
