James Shields turned in another quality start on Sunday, allowing three runs on five hits with three walks and four strikeouts over seven innings against the Tigers.

Shields took the loss despite the quality start. It was his third straight QS, and he has turned them in during five of his last six outings. Despite that, he's 0-2 over that stretch of six games. He's 1-5 on the season with an ERA and WHIP of 4.54 and 1.25.
