Miles Mikolas takes loss despite quality start Tuesday

Miles Mikolas allowed three runs on six hits and no walks while striking out five over six innings in a loss to the San Diego Padres on Tuesday. The loss brings him to 7-2 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Mikolas has now loss two of his last three starts despite tossing quality starts in all three outings. His 2.43 ERA and 0.96 WHIP continue to be a pleasant surprise, although his 63 strikeouts in 85 1/3 innings are a bit underwhelming. He will look to get back into the win column when he takes on the Phillies in his next start.
