Lorenzo Cain supplies the offense in Brewers win

by Brad Richter | Brewers Correspondent | Thu, Jun 14th 7:19am EDT

Lorenzo Cain smacked a solo home run in the third inning off Cubs starter Mike Montgomery for the only run of the game in a 1-0 victory on Wednesday. Cain finished 2-for-3 adding a single, walk and stolen base.

Fantasy Impact:

Cain was the offense for the Brewers on Wednesday afternoon providing his eighth home run and his 13th stolen base of the season. Cain has a chance to surpass his career-high marks in both categories this season which he set in 2015 when he hit 16 homers with 28 steals for the Royals during their championship season. It has been a great reunion for Cain in Milwaukee this season for both the Brewers and his fantasy owners.
