Ryan Braun went 0-for-3 with a strikeout on Wednesday afternoon during a 1-0 victory over the Cubs.

It was a quiet afternoon for the bats from both teams as Braun saw his modest five-game hitting streak snapped. Braun gets another crack at the Phillies pitching staff this weekend after pounding out six hits including two homers against them in Philadelphia last weekend. The three-game series begins Friday with Jake Arrieta taking the mound for the Phillies.
