Matthew Strahm pitched 2 2/3 scoreless innings on Sunday against the Braves. He allowed one hit and struck out five. He lowered his season ERA to 2.21.
Fantasy Impact:
Strahm has been dominant this season. The Padres are treating him with kid gloves due to injury concerns but they do see his future as a starting pitcher. Strahm is worth adding in deeper mixed leagues and NL-only leagues in the hope they keep him in the rotation and continue to stretch him out.
