Mike Leake allowed five earned on eight hits and one walk while striking out one over six innings to get the loss against Boston on Sunday.

Leake was dominant until he allowed three singles, a walk, and a home run to Rafael Devers as the Sox erupted for five runs with two outs in the third. He had gone five straight starts allowing 2 earned runs or fewer as his season ERA creeps up to 4.47. Leake will seek revenge in his next scheduled start against this same Boston team on the road next weekend.
