Nick Markakis picks up three more hits

Nick Markakis finished 3-for-4 on Sunday against the Padres. He swatted a pair of singles and laced a double in the contest, as the Braves won, 4-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Markakis continues to defy the odds by putting together one of the best seasons of his career at age 34. Most owners likely didn't draft him, but ones that did, or put in an early waiver claim, have certainly been reaping serious awards from doing so. He's slashing an impressive .327/.389/.488 on the year; the last time he finished with a batting average over .300 was 10 years ago. Some regression is inevitable, but there's nothing wrong with riding a hot player.
