Fantasy Impact:
This is par for the course at this point, as MLB continues to issue one-week extensions to Osuna's leave. There's been no word on when MLB will conclude its investigation and hand out a punishment for Osuna, if any. If you own him, there's not much you can do at this point, but he can be cut in deeper leagues if you need the roster room.
