Brandon Morrow (back) lands on DL

The Cubs have placed closer Brandon Morrow on the disabled list with a back injury. (Mark Gonzales on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
The move was made retroactive to June 17th. Morrow hurt his back while changing in the locker room following Sunday night’s game. He wasn’t available for Tuesday’s double header and it appears Chicago is playing it safe with their off-season addition. Pedro Strop figures to be in line for saves while Morrow is out, but it probably won’t be a long absence.
