Matt Olson homers in big win over Padres

by Waleed Hawatky | Braves Correspondent | Thu, Jun 21st 12:10pm EDT

Matt Olson finished 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and three runs scored as the A's beat the Padres 12-4 on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Olson hit his dinger as the first of back-to-back home runs with Mark Canha in the third inning... an inning after teammates Franklin Barreto and Josh Phegley did the same. Olson would go on to tack on another run with a seventh inning RBI single. He's really got his productivity going in the month of June, having already driven in 16 RBI. His slugging has steadily increased since the start of the season and he now sits on a .237/.320/.451 line with 15 homers and 37 RBI.
