Sean Doolittle pitched a perfect ninth inning with one strikeout for his 21st save of the season Sunday in the Nationals' 8-6 victory over the Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
Doolittle's ascendance into the elite tier of closers continued tonight. Nine of his 21 saves have been perfect, and he's made marked improvements on already stellar strikeout and walk ratios. He's now tied with Brad Hand and Wade Davis for the NL lead in saves, but unlike them he hasn't had a moment of shakiness all season.
