James Paxton strikes out 10 to earn his seventh win

James Paxton struckout 10 batters while allowing just two runs on six hits and one walk over seven innings against the Orioles on Tuesday. He earned the win to improve to 7-2 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Paxton was actually in position to get the loss when he exited the game, but the Mariners offense strung together three hits and a walk to plate two runs in the top of the eighth. Paxton now has a 3.65 ERA and 1.11 WHIP over 103 2/3 innings this season, with an impressive K:BB of 134:30. He remains one of the top pitchers in the league this season, and will look to continue his dominance at home against the Royals on Sunday.
