Clayton Richard allowed four runs on 10 hits and a walk while striking out three over seven innings in a loss to the Texas Rangers on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
The loss drops Richard to 7-7 on the season and snapped a streak of five consecutive quality starts. Five of the 10 hits that Richard allowed also went for extra bases, which helped contribute to the trouble he got into. He now takes a 4.29 ERA into his next start against the Athletics in Oakland.
