Ryan Tepera placed on 10-day disabled list with elbow inflammation

The Blue Jays placed Ryan Tepera on the 10-day disabled list on Saturday with right elbow inflammation. The team recalled Jake Petricka to take Tepera's place on the roster. (Shi Davidi on Twitter)

Tests reportedly have been positive on Tepera's elbow, though he has not had an MRI. It's unclear how long he will be out, but it sounds like it's a matter of rest, which means it shouldn't be an extended absence. Both Tyler Clippard and Seung-Hwan Oh have already converted save opportunities since Tepera has been sidelined, so they should likely split the opportunities going forward.
