Fantasy Impact:
The Brewers needed a roster spot for Tyler Saladino, and Sogard was the most expendable player. After posting a .770 OPS and 109 wRC+ last season, Sogard was one of the worst hitters in baseball this year. He hit .134 with a .406 OPS and 13 wRC+. The Brewers have ten days to trade, outright, or release him.
