Carlos Gomez drives in three in Monday's win

Carlos Gomez went 3-for-5 with two singles, a double, three RBI, and a strikeout in Monday's 10-9 extra-inning win over the Tigers. Gomez now has 21 RBI on the season to go along with a .208 batting average.
Fantasy Impact:
Back-to-back multi-hit games have pushed Gomez back over the Mendoza line, which he's been flirting with all year. Gomez's numbers have been down across the board this year, including his OPS which is nearly 100 points off his career average. Gomez's production is too volatile to be worth a roster spot right now.
