Fantasy Impact:
Strasburg hasn't pitched since June 8 due to shoulder inflammation, but he'll finally be ready to take the hill when the Nationals resume their season on Friday. He had a 3.46 ERA and 5.0 K/BB ratio before going on the disabled list, though a 1.34 HR/9 is uncharacteristic. Strasburg should be able to return to being a frontline starter going forward.
