Wilson Ramos (hamstring) officially placed on disabled list

The Rays placed Wilson Ramos on the 10-day disabled list with a left hamstring strain on Wednesday. The team reinstated Jose Alvarado from the family medical emergency list. (Marc Topkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ramos is likely to miss "extended time" according to Marc Topkin, which is obviously a blow to fantasy owners. It also complicates Ramos' trade prospects, as he'll likely be on the disabled list come the trade deadline. Either way, owners need to make other arrangements for the next few weeks.
