Tyler Mahle allows six runs to Pirates

Tyler Mahle allowed six runs on eight hits and three walks over 5 2/3 innings against the Pirates on Friday. He struck out three and took the loss, falling to 7-8 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Oddly enough, Mahle pitched well for most of the game, but ran into major trouble in the sixth inning, allowing four of his six runs. He's now allowed 11 runs over eight innings in his last two starts, and has seen his ERA balloon from 3.66 to 4.32. He will look to turn things around against the Cardinals next week.
