Johnny Cueto to have Tommy John Surgery on Thursday

The San Francisco Giants announced today that pitcher Johnny Cueto will undergo Tommy John surgery tomorrow. Dr. Neal ElAttrache will perform the procedure at the Kerlin Jobe clinic in Los Angeles. (San Francisco Giants on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is the worst case scenario for Cueto and means he will miss the rest of this season and most, if not all, of the 2019 season. He made nine starts for the Giants this year, posting a 3.23 ERA and 1.11 WHIP.
