George Springer (thumb) was activated from the 10-day disabled list ahead of Friday's game against Oakland. Springer went 1-for-5 in the contest and struck out one time.
Fantasy Impact:
Springer missed time due to a thumb injury suffered Aug. 6 against the Dodgers. the slugger is healthy and back in the lineup and fantasy owners should be activating Springer.
