Mike Trout (wrist) is not expected to return to the Angels until the club's next homestand, which begins Aug. 24, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports. (Maria Guardado on Twitter)

Trout was expected back on Thursday but his brother in law has passed away so the team is giving him some extra time off. It looks like now that Trout could be back on Friday against the Astros.
