Stephen Strasburg (neck) to start Wednesday

Stephen Strasburg (neck) will be activated from the disabled list on Wednesday and start against the the Phillies. (Jamal Collier on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Strasburg has only made one start since June 8 due to two injuries, first shoulder inflammation and then the pinched nerve in his neck. In 14 starts Strasburg has a 3.90 ERA and 4.81 K/BB ratio. If he can stay healthy Strasburg is a must start pitcher down the stretch.
