Zach Eflin allowed four runs (three earned) on seven hits with a walk and four strikeouts over five innings against the Cubs on Saturday. He took the loss.
Fantasy Impact:
Eflin has now lost four of his last seven appearances, and he's definitely struggled more of late after his solid overall start to the season. He continues to be useful for fantasy purposes, but he's lacked consistency. He's now allowed four or more runs in each of his last four starts, increasing his ERA and WHIP on the season to 4.05 and 1.26.
