Addison Russell suspended 40 games

Addison Russell has been suspended 40 games for violating Major League Baseball's domestic violence agreement. The suspension is retroactive to September 21. (Jesse Rogers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Russell will therefore miss roughly 30 games next season, but it's unclear if those games will be for the Cubs. Russell has agreed not to appeal, so his suspension should factor into draft boards next season.
