Bryce Harper rejected long term deal from Nationals

Chelsea Janes of the Washington Post reports that the Nationals offered Bryce Harper a "mega contract" on the last day of the 2018 season. (Washington Post)

Fantasy Impact:

The deal was reportedly less than $400 million and included no opt outs. Harper was never going to take that with free agency right around the corner, especially without any opt outs. Harper's final destination could be with anyone right now. The Nationals, Cardinals, Phillies, Yankees, and Giants have all been linked to him so far.
