Jose Altuve to be '120%' for Spring Training

Fantasy Impact:
Altuve underwent knee surgery in October, and he spoke with the media for the first time since the procedure recently. It seems as though he won't be impacted for the start of the 2019 season. While of course we've heard this with players before, Altuve seems safe to continue to hold his spot as one of the game's top fantasy assets entering the new season.
