Fantasy Impact:
Paxton is one of the year's top pitchers available via free agency or trade, and both the Astros and Yankees have prioritized their rotations this offseason. Paxton continues to be one of the best arms on a per game basis. His biggest issue has been maintaining his health. A trade to Houston would enhance his already solid draft capital entering 2019.
