Matt Moore reaches agreement with Tigers

Matt Moore has signed a one-year deal with the Tigers for "between $2 million and $3 million." The agreement is pending Moore's physical. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Moore struggled with the Rangers this season, and as a result the team declined his $10 million option. He'll try his hand at a make-good deal with the rebuilding Tigers who can afford to give him a shot to rebound in their starting rotation. Moore isn't likely to be drafted in most fantasy leagues given his rocky 2018 campaign.
