Anthony Rendon extension coming this winter?

Fantasy Impact:
Rendon, one of the most underrated players in baseball, hit .308 last year with 24 homers and a .909 OPS. The 28-year-old will be a free agent after 2019. There could be added pressure to get a deal done if Washington loses Bryce Harper during free agency. Rendon is also represented by Scott Boras, however, so it could be unlikely he signs an extension before testing the open market.
