Jean Segura waives no trade clause to be traded to Phillies

The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal reports Jean Segura is waiving his no trade clause in order to be dealt to the Phillies. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
As expected. With Seattle in full tear down mode there was little reason for Segura to stick around. J.P. Crawford and Carlos Santana are heading back to Seattle with other players expected to be involved as well. In 2018 Segura hit .304 with 10 homers and 20 stolen bases.
