Jimmy Rollins trade official

The Dodgers officially acquired SS Jimmy Rollins from the Phillies. The trade was held up because of a delay in the Matt Kemp trade with the Padres. The Phillies were set to receive Zach Eflin from the Dodgers but he was part of the package in the Kemp trade. (Los Angeles Dodgers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The fantasy shortstop landscape is not too appealing this upcoming season. Rollins could be a viable option. He is no Hanley Ramirez but he can contribute in multiple categories. While Dodgers exec Andrew Friedman has tailored the Dodgers to be more defensive/pitching oriented, the lineup is still potent with Kendrick, Gonzalez, Puig, Grandal, and Pederson.
